 
        
        We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide remote computer and IT system support for employees in Brazil. With excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, you will be able to analyze issues and formulate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
 * Analyze issues and formulate solutions
 * Troubleshoot system, application and hardware issues
 * Ensure customer is updated on ticket progress
 * Work remotely with customers to solve problems
 * Utilize internal IT Knowledge Base to both provide and find solutions to known issues
 * Use external information to research and resolve issues when needed
 * Consistently update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
 * Properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting system, application and hardware issues
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Knowledge of internal IT systems and processes
 * Experience with ticket tracking systems
