Key Responsibilities
* Facilitation & Coordination:
* Orchestrates major ART events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt).
* Manages the ART calendar and ensures program-level cadence.
* Facilitates problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
* Coaching & Mentoring:
* Coaches teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
* Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Risk & Impediment Management:
* Identifies, tracks, and helps resolve impediments and risks.
* Escalates critical issues to leadership when needed.
* Flow & Value Optimization:
* Optimizes the flow of value across the ART.
* Helps manage dependencies and architectural runway.
* Salesforce knowledge is appreciated
* JIRA is must have knowledge
Stakeholder Communication:
* Communicates with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
* Links business strategy to technical execution.
