We are looking for a person who makes a difference in our team, responsible for personalized service focused on the experience and needs of the Cooperado, promoting their loyalty in accordance with the Cooperative's strategy.
Responsibilities and duties
* Manage a portfolio acting as a Financial Planner, focusing on the sustainability and strategy of the Cooperative;
* Prospect and add new businesses and credit portfolios for individuals, with a focus on customer loyalty;
* Meet pre-established production and CSAT (customer satisfaction index) goals;
* Monitor the credit cycle and, when necessary, perform initial collection procedures;
* Handle the formalities of business transactions;
* Encourage and guide the use of self-service and relationship channels.
Requirements and qualifications
* Complete higher education in related fields;
* Post-graduation completed or in progress in related fields;
* CPA-10 certification from Anbima;
* Experience in customer service and financial market.
Preferred qualifications
* CPA-20 certification from Anbima;
* Experience in high net worth client service.
