Project Deliverer Opportunity
As a seasoned professional in initiative execution, you will take ownership of complex delivery across multiple projects and teams. You will be responsible for driving clarity and consistency throughout the entire delivery process.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders.
* Develop and manage comprehensive delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops to ensure alignment and progress.
* Provide timely and clear updates to stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort working in a client-facing role.
Bonus Points:
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs.
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus.
