We are seeking a skilled professional to support our customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of systems solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Hardware, Software, and Network Support: Install, optimize, and maintain hardware, software, and network products at customer sites to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
2. Troubleshooting and Repair Services: Diagnose and resolve product performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
3. Sustained System Operation: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the continued operation of customer systems, and provide ongoing support to address any issues that may arise.
