Recruitment and Selection Analyst
As a Recruitment and Selection Analyst, you will be responsible for discussing, preparing, and extending the internal offer process, providing guidance to the hiring team on compensation and offer compliance, and navigating differences in offer content from one profession to another and from one country to another.
Basic qualifications include:
Higher education degree or currently enrolled
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment support, administration, and/or customer service
Preferred qualifications include:
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Solid experience and confidence with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to work in a remote team environment
Detail-oriented with a track record of follow-through
Job responsibilities include:
Act as a point of contact for the complex offer process
Consult with the Hiring Manager, HR, and Compensation teams on hiring decisions, compensation, and offer strategies
Calculate, prepare, and present offers to candidates in the Americas and internationally
Utilize, maintain, and record candidate recruitment activity in the ATS in accordance with legal and corporate regulations and standards
Provide excellent candidate and client experience
Respond within service level agreements to a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment

The compensation for this position is paid in Brazilian Reais and it is a CLT role.
