Digitalization & RPA Specialist – Continental

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
Translate business requirements and process documentation into automation workflows.
Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of bots into production environments.
Support maintenance and monitoring of existing automations to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities.
Document workflows, technical designs, and support materials for knowledge sharing.
Stay current on RPA trends and best practices while continuously learning new features in UiPath and related automation tools.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Basic understanding of process automation, Subscripting (SAP), or programming (e.g., Python, C#, VB, SQL, Java, .NET).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously develop automation skills.
Fluent level of English is mandatory.
Preferred (nice to have)
Experience working with leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
Experience with Excel VBA, macros, or database querying (SQL).
Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
Any UiPath certification (e.g., RPA Associate) is a plus.
