Our structure operates largely in-house, with brand, creative development, and execution done internally.The Creative team leads the development of the company’s most important brand initiatives, from large-scale campaigns to brand activations, PR stunts, and special brand projects.The team works closely with Brand Strategy, Media, PR, Production, Design, and Operations to ensure that creative ideas translate into impactful brand experiences and meaningful business outcomes.We are looking for a leader to elevate the creative ambition of QuintoAndar and help the brand stand out.As Head of Creative, you will:Lead QuintoAndar’s Creative team and oversee the development of the company’s most important brand initiatives;Elevate the creative ambition and quality of campaigns and brand initiatives, driving bold ideas that differentiate the brand in the market;Lead and develop a team of creative professionals (copywriters and art directors), fostering high performance and talent development;Establish creative processes that encourage experimentation, inspiration, and excellence in execution;Partner closely with other Marketing teams to transform insights into powerful creative ideas;Ensure that creative initiatives are connected to marketing strategy and business goals;Collaborate with brand, PR, media, production, design, and operations teams to bring ideas to life;Contribute to the long-term development and positioning of the QuintoAndar brand.RequirementsExperience in advertising or creative roles, with a significant experience leading creative teams;Background combining agency experience and brand-side/in-house marketing environments;Proven track record delivering impactful campaigns and brand initiatives;Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop creative talent, with strong experience managing creative teams and improving performance;Strong creative instincts and cultural awareness;Ability to translate strategy into compelling creative concepts;Understanding of key marketing metrics and brand growth drivers;Ability to balance creative ambition with business objectives;Strong stakeholder management skills, and ability to operate effectively in cross-functional environments;Ability to transform ambitious ideas into executable initiatives within complex organizations;Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.ImportantOur hiring process starts with the application!
