IT Project Administrator
Sao Paulo Based/ Hybrid role
As the IT Project Administrator, you will lead and streamline IT project administration and digital operations for the Royal Enfield Brazil (REBRA) subsidiary and the wider LATAM region. This role is responsible for ensuring that IT infrastructure, software deployments, and digital factory initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with global IT standards to support regional business growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end administration of IT projects in the LATAM region, from initial requirement gathering and resource allocation to final deployment and post-launch support.
* REBRA Subsidiary Support: Act as the primary IT administrative lead for the Brazil subsidiary, ensuring local IT needs are met while maintaining alignment with the global "Digital Factory" roadmap.
* Vendor & Contract Management: Manage relationships with local IT vendors and service providers in Brazil; negotiate contracts, monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and process regional IT billing.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Bridge the gap between the India-based Global IT team and local LATAM business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
* Infrastructure & Asset Oversight: Track and manage IT assets across the LATAM region, ensuring hardware and software licenses are compliant, updated, and optimized for cost.
* Budgetary Control: Monitor IT project expenditures for the region, ensuring financial discipline and providing regular reports on budget utilization to the Digital Factory leadership.
* Risk & Compliance: Identify potential IT risks within the regional operations and implement mitigation strategies in line with EML global security and data privacy policies (including LGPD compliance in Brazil).
* Digital Factory Implementation: Facilitate the rollout of digital manufacturing tools and systems within the regional assembly units to enhance production tracking and quality control.
* IT Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical manuals, user guides, and change management logs for all regional IT implementations.
* User Training & Adoption: Organize and lead training sessions for local employees on new IT systems and digital tools to ensure high levels of adoption and operational competency.
Experience/ Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration/ Master’s in Information Technology or MBA.
* 6–9 years of experience in IT Project Coordination or Administration
* PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL Certification.
* Proficiency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
* Experience working in a Global Multinational Corporation (MNC)
