We are looking for a remote, full-time BI Operations Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience to manage the daily health and evolution of the data visualization layer. In this role, while the Lead Analytics Engineer will handle high-level architecture and new project intake, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users. Your mission is to ensure that once a tool is launched, it remains accurate, useful, and high-performing. You will handle the /"last mile/" of data-managing user feedback, making tactical adjustments to dashboards, and ensuring the business is getting maximum value from our existing tools.
