We're partnering with a fast-moving, mission-driven client and are looking for an organized, detail-orientedRecruiting Coordinatorto join their remote team.
What You'll Do
Support interview scheduling, reschedules, and calendar coordination across multiple time zones.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Help manage offer logistics: generate and send offer letters, and track responses.
Assist with onboarding and documentation prep.
Maintain accurate data and support process consistency in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or admin roles.
Comfort with scheduling, logistics, and using calendars/ATS tools.
Strong communication, time management, and organization skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
Bonus:Experience supporting offer or onboarding processes.
Work Environment
Fully remote (LATAM preferred)
