Interior Design Visionary Role
This position involves spearheading the creative direction for 3D product visualization, driving the styling and art direction of furniture renders and room scenes.
Main Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development of innovative styling concepts that align with the brand's identity and target audience.
* Collaborate closely with 3D rendering artists to bring creative visions to life with precision and visual impact.
* Stay abreast of emerging interior design trends to maintain a keen sense of style and market relevance.
* Select furniture pairings, color palettes, and décor elements to craft balanced and compelling room settings.
* Provide clear creative briefs and feedback to ensure rendered images meet high standards of styling and branding.
* Foster strong partnerships with marketing and product teams to synchronize visuals with campaign goals and seasonal launches.
This role demands a keen eye for design aesthetics, market awareness, and the ability to translate brand essence into visually powerful interior concepts that drive sales through e-commerce and marketing channels.
Necessary Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience in interior design, styling, or creative direction (ecommerce or furniture focus preferred).
* Strong understanding of interior trends, design aesthetics, and consumer preferences in North American markets.
* Demonstrated ability to create mood boards, style guides, and visual concepts.
* Experience collaborating with 3D rendering teams or digital visualization workflows.
* Excellent communication and feedback skills, with fluency in English for collaboration with North American teams.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple styling projects simultaneously.
* AI-first mindset: openness to integrating AI tools for concepting, mood boarding, or visual enhancements.
* Comfort working within North American time zones.
