International Countertop Consultants (ICC) is growing! We are currently looking to hire a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager will work with our Project Manager on the planning, coordination, and completion of projects.

Job Description:
* Support the PM with the coordination of multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget
* Assist with completing RFI’s, Change Orders, Punch List/Post Walks, AIA/Billing, Close Out Docs
* Organize and document project tasks and schedules
* Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
* Responsible for overseeing, management and administration of our PM software Procore
* Coordinate Weekly Reporting to Contractors
* Maintain Project Specific Insurance, Worker’s Comp, Safety Documents
* Create presentations and reports to communicate project status
* Draft Subcontractor Subcontracts
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Strong construction background (countertops/cabinets preferred)
* Previous APM or similar role experience
* Tech/computer savvy (quick to learn new systems)
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent English and communication skills (able to work with subs, GCs, clients, and team members)
* Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to read drawings
* Knowledge of AIA documents
* Availability to work 7am-3pm EST
Compensation ranges from $7–$15 per hour, depending on experience and location. In addition, we offer paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays as part of our benefits package.
