The Opportunity
We are expanding our international presence and are looking for a Country Manager – Brazil — a professional who will represent Doktar and lead our business development and sustainability program activities across Brazil and Latin America.
This role is designed for entrepreneurial professionals who want to build a long-term partnership with a fast-growing AgriTech brand.
What You’ll Do
* Lead sales and partnership development, particularly for supply chain transformation and sustainability programs within the agri-food value chain
* Represent Doktar and its full product portfolio (IoT devices, digital platforms, data-driven services, sustainability programs)
* Manage customer relations and local operations, including coordination of pilots, programs, and client reporting
* Work closely with Doktar’s international sales, sustainability, and technical teams
* Develop and implement Doktar’s market entry and growth strategy in Brazil and Latin America
* Identify and engage with corporate clients, cooperatives, NGOs, and financial institutions
* Support delivery of sustainability and water stewardship programs in collaboration with global teams
Collaboration Model
* Full-time engagement with exclusive representation for Brazil
* Fully Commission-Based Model (High Commission Opportunity Based on Revenue)
Who You Are
* Experienced in agriculture, food, sustainability, or ESG-related sectors
* Proven track record in sales, partnerships, or project development with F&B companies or agri-businesses
* Well-connected with corporate clients, cooperatives, or sustainability stakeholders in Brazil
* Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
* Strong understanding of sustainability, carbon, water, or digital agriculture solutions is a plus
* Fully available to dedicate your time and focus to representing Doktar in Brazil
