About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead the entire logistics chain, establishing processes, policies, and procedures, as well as defining strategic plans and implementing improvements that generate sustainable results for the business.
1. Education
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, International Logistics, or related field.
2. Professional Experience
• Solid experience in logistics leadership positions, managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Managing end-to-end logistics chain activities (from supplier to customer).
• Managing distribution centers and warehouses.
• Crisis management.
• Production planning and control.
• Optimizing logistics processes and reducing costs.
3. Technical Skills
Advanced knowledge of:
• Supply Chain Management.
• Logistics performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stock and inventory management.
• Technologies applied to logistics (EDI, automation, tracking).
• SAP and Microsoft Office.

5. Languages
• Fluency in English (oral and written); knowledge of Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus.
6. Job Responsibilities
• Liaise with internal departments (sales, production, finance) and external departments (customers, suppliers).
• Define processes, policies, and procedures, implementing continuous improvements.
• Manage teams and projects of medium and high complexity, ensuring the achievement of the department's results.
• Manage production planning and control based on customer EDIs, in addition to coordinating the planning of raw materials and components.
• Maintain inventory levels within adopted policies and compatible with the regular and timely supply of the company's operations, and determine the control of goods in stock, aiming to eliminate losses, misplacements, and deviations.
