About The Role
As an SDR at Spines, you'll be the first point of contact for aspiring authors, acting as a brand ambassador and helping to identify and qualify the best leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our AI-driven publishing platform to potential authors. You'll work closely with a collaborative team to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, you'll be an essential part of our journey to help great stories get heard.
Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team
Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services to potential clients
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a seamless handover of prospects to the sales team
Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and remotely under a large number of calls in a fast-paced sales environment
Resilient and able to self-motivate against aggressive targets

Requirements

Fluent English (both written and verbal). Ideally C1 upwards
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong teamwork skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
Self-starter with a can-do attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (preferred)
