Remote ASAP HIRE We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help design, build, and operate reliable cloud infrastructure systems. This role is hands-on and operational in nature, with a strong focus on infrastructure as code, cloud services, and continuous delivery. You’ll work closely with engineering and platform teams to ensure our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and maintainable.This is a highly collaborative role suited for someone who enjoys balancing delivery with operational excellence in a fast-moving environment.What You’ll DoDesign, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure‑as‑code practicesSupport and improve Kubernetes-based platforms, containerized workloads, and CI/CD pipelinesBuild and operate AWS-based infrastructure using services such as Lambda, API Gateway, AWS Transfer Family, RDS, and S3Partner with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiencySupport identity and access workflows, including SAML-based integrationsContribute to technical documentation, design decisions, and operational runbooksPrioritize and manage work in a Kanban-style operational environment with competing demandsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and networking fundamentalsHands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD systems in real-world environmentsPractical experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, including modules, state management, and multi-environment deploymentsSolid understanding of operational concerns such as system reliability, scalability, security, and costExperience building and supporting AWS infrastructureExperience using GitHub Actions to support CI/CD workflowsStrong understanding of identity concepts, including authentication, authorization, and SAMLStrong written communication skills, especially for technical documentation and design explanationsAbility to prioritize work effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyNice to HaveExperience with tools such as Netlify, Okta, Apache Kafka, or RedisBackground working on platform or developer enablement teamsExperience supporting infrastructure in regulated or compliance-focused environments
