Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding for top technical talent in LATAM.
* Build strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative strategies, focusing on both LATAM and U.S.-based markets.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
* Proven track record of recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles with a focus on technology trends.
* Understanding of LATAM and U.S. markets, passion for working with technical professionals, and ability to promote company values.
