Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for teams working on customer data ecosystems.
* Remove obstacles and impediments hindering team progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage product backlogs and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Track team performance metrics such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within teams, encouraging adoption of Agile best practices.
* Foster collaborative environments where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
* Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements.
* Integrate compliance requirements into agile development processes.
* Align Scrum practices with digital marketing strategies and goals.
* Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.
* Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies and apply relevant advancements to improve team performance.
* Evaluate whether team work aligns with business objectives and delivers value to the organization.
* Train and mentor team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization.
* Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within teams, ensuring positive and productive work environments.
* Drive Change Management through coaching teams and supporting them on Transformation journeys by establishing clear processes and challenging mindset shifts.
* Oversee integration and use of Azure Dev Ops tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Encourage adoption of Azure DevOps features among teams, ensuring they enhance project transparency and delivery efficiency.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
* Knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum frameworks.
* Able to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* A degree in Computer Science or related field.
