**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 3+ years’ experience in the legal field (in-house experience in an international company will be an advantage).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Romanian commercial, tax, corporate, labor, IP law, features of foreign economic activities inside and outside the EU, and EU data privacy regulations.
- Advanced level of English (both spoken and written).
- Experience in cooperating with foreign clients and/or stakeholders.
- Experience in providing full legal support to legal entities (experience in IT companies will be an advantage).
- Deep understanding of the local IT market and its best practices. Active participation in local IT Law communities will be an advantage.
**SCOPE OF DUTIES**:
- Provide legal support to Alcor's entities and R&D centers of IT product companies in Romania and Eastern Europe.
- Research and consult foreign stakeholders regarding legislation, legal and court practices of Romania and other European countries, considering Alcor's business needs and strategic plans.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including IT services agreements, IP assignments, and NDAs with local and foreign counterparties.
