Ecommerce Growth Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large ad budgets across Meta and Google, primarily.
The successful candidate will manage the Meta, Google, and/or TikTok ad accounts for US-based ecommerce brands. They will run ad campaigns across these platforms, monitor ROAS, ad budgets, revenue, and core KPIs to optimize campaigns and achieve desired results for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing Meta, Google, and/or TikTok ad accounts for US-based ecommerce brands
* Running ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
* Monitoring ROAS, ad budgets, revenue, and core KPIs to optimize campaigns
* Running profitable creative testing campaigns and identifying trends to communicate with clients
* Creating performance marketing reports for managed accounts to display analytics, results, and next steps
* Strategizing on ways to improve overall marketing strategy for brands to increase effectiveness
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or 3-4 years of experience, or alternative education experience (mentors or courses)
* Prior experience working for an ecommerce brand or advertising agency is preferred
* Must be proficient in Facebook & Google Ads management for ecommerce brands
* Must be proficient in scaling ad budgets
* Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and a hunger to provide great results for clients
* Autonomous worker with an analytical mind
* Portfolio of work, results, or case studies
* Comfortable using internal communication tools such as Monday.com, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack for team meetings and to support other team members with technical requests
