This role ensures efficient management of stock levels, timely inventory tracking, proper organization of warehouse storage, and smooth order fulfillment. The specialist plays a key role in optimizing warehouse operations to reduce costs, minimize stockouts or excess inventory, and ensure timely delivery of goods to internal or external customers.Duties And ResponsibilitiesTrack inventory levels in real-time, ensuring stock levels are maintained in alignment with business needs while avoiding overstocking or stockouts.Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory counts to verify stock accuracyMonitor and maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemEnsure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate logs of inventory transactionsIdentify discrepancies between physical counts and system data and investigate causes of discrepanciesEnsure timely receiving, inspection and storage of deliveries from SuppliersChecks the delivered items against Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Receipt (DR) or Invoice;Advises the end user / inspector for the conduct of inspection;Generates and prints Inspection Receiving Report (IRR) via ERP for conforming items and receipt of complete supporting documents;Coordinates return of non-conforming items to Buyer. Use Supplier Return Form (Non-Conformance Report) as its documentation;Ensure goods are stored in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Implement inventory organization strategies such as bin locations, labeling, and stock rotation (e.g., FIFO - First In, First Out)Complies with company policies and procedures, safety rules and practices.Conforms to the company's Integrated Management Systems policies, standards, procedures and guidelinesReports Integrated Management System events/incidents or potential events or other risks to the organizationConforms to the company's Integrated Management Systems policies, standards, procedures and guidelinesPerforms any other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior consistent with the purpose of this roleMinimum QualificationBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain / Business course or a related fieldWith Inventory Management and Warehouse ExperienceAt least 2 years of Relevant ExperienceInventory Management and Warehouse background is preferredNo License required1 vacant position in Astorga
