Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer - Amazon

About the Role:
We’re seeking an Amazon Graphics Designer to craft premium, on-brand visuals that boost click-through and conversion for skincare products. You’ll transform product USPs and ingredient benefits into clean, conversion-oriented imagery across hero images, feature callouts, comparison charts, and A+ content. This role is ideal for a designer who loves partnering with marketing, testing ideas, and pushing for the best creative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-performing Amazon listing visuals (hero images, feature callouts, comparison charts, A+ content) optimized for CTR and conversion
- Translate skincare benefits, ingredients, and brand positioning into clear, premium visual narratives
- Collaborate with marketing to align on USPs, target audiences, and creative direction; contribute thoughtful feedback and recommendations
- Create infographics, lifestyle imagery, and visual instructions using provided photography and assets
- Maintain strict adherence to Amazon image guidelines and evolving beauty/skincare creative trends
- Organize files, templates, and versioning to support rapid testing and iteration
Requirements:
- Proven experience designing Amazon listing images (beauty/skincare preferred), with a strong portfolio of relevant work
- Deep understanding of skincare and how to visually communicate ingredient benefits and product features
- Advanced skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to turn raw product info into clean, conversion-focused visuals under tight deadlines
- Experience with A+ Content and Amazon Storefront design
- Comfortable collaborating, giving/receiving constructive feedback, and backing creative opinions with data and rationale
- Tools: Adobe Photoshop; Google Sheets; familiarity with Amazon A+ Content modules and Seller tools
- Advanced fluency in English is required (written and verbal)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with packaging design and/or 3D mockup tools (e.g., Adobe Dimension, Blender)
- Basic copywriting and understanding of marketing psychology for conversion-focused messaging
- Experience leveraging ChatGPT to streamline creative workflows and project management
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Figma for layout systems and component libraries
- Photo retouching and light color-grading for skincare/lifestyle imagery
