Job Title: IT Recruiter – Portuguese & English
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter who is fluent in Portuguese and English to support hiring needs for the Brazil market and US-based IT requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with Brazil-based candidates and stakeholders while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
* 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment (US market exposure is a plus)
* Communicate effectively with Brazil-based candidates in Portuguese
* Source, screen, and interview IT professionals for various IT technologies
* Understand client requirements and align suitable candidate profiles accordingly
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
* Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Work closely with account managers and clients to meet hiring deadlines
* Maintain recruitment data, candidate pipelines, and ATS updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Fluency in English (speaking & understanding) is mandatory
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
* Ability to work with candidates across different time zones
* Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience recruiting for Brazil or LATAM markets
* Familiarity with US IT contract staffing processes
