DHL Supply Chain Australia is a Great Place To Work certified.In This Job You WillEnsure timely and accurate execution of all wave-related activities, including pre-release prep, release, hourly tracking, and post-wave analysis to maintain operational rhythm and performance visibility.Develop, revise, and validate labour plans using real-time data and forecast inputs. Optimize capacity across shifts and contribute to weekly and monthly accuracy reporting.Engage directly with floor operations to validate plans, identify inefficiencies, and drive CI initiatives that improve accuracy, flow, and team effectiveness.Maintain clean, audit-ready system inputs and deliver timely, high-quality reports. Execute admin tasks with consistency to support planning workflows and decision-making.Advanced MS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS AccessExperience with automated warehouse environments and Autostore systems is preferred.Strong experience in a Planning positionAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience within a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledgeAnalytical and operational reasoning with the ability to generate and support innovationPersonal resilience.
