* Assess and develop strategies to safeguard consumer, customer, business, and brand reputation from illicit trade, including counterfeiting, illegal diversion, and tampering across Latin America region.

* Collaborate with commercial leaders and stakeholders to communicate risks, align objectives, and advise on strategies to increase supply chain security.
">
* Lead regional Product Security Investigations & Enforcement team and work closely with colleagues, agencies, and vendors/partners to collect market intelligence, assess threats, and improve ability to detect, deter, and prevent counterfeit and illicit trade.

Key Responsibilities:

* Formulate regional risk management strategies and objectives while ensuring alignment with global strategies.
">
* Advise and guide leaders on brand protection matters.
">
* Liaise with key partners to ensure alignment, visibility/action toward critical issues, resource optimization, and project execution.
">
* Collaborate with lead counterparts to assess risks in the region and support development/execution of prioritized mitigation/management strategies and plans.
">
* Manage cross-functional programs for the region, such as product security investigations and enforcement (PSI&E), Customs/trademark recorders and training, and brand protection audits/risk assessments.
">
* Deploy best practices and technologies to prevent, reduce, and control known and foreseeable risks in the region.
">
* Lead and shape industry thinking and collaborate with industry partners to advance brand protection community of practice.
">
* Regularly provide timely communications regarding information from the region for furtherance of the mission.
">
* Manage a team of contractors or other support staff.
">
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
">

Qualifications:
">

* Bachelor's degree required.
">
* Minimum 5 years of experience in brand protection, supply chain, quality, law, or related field.
">
* Proven track record of success in brand protection, including experience in investigations, enforcement, and risk management.
">
* Strong understanding of international trade laws, regulations, and customs procedures.
">
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
">
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
">
* Proficiency in English language and local languages in the region.
