Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and coordinate major events, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
• Manage the ART calendar and ensure program-level cadence while facilitating problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks, escalating critical issues to leadership when needed.
• Optimize the flow of value across the ART by managing dependencies and architectural runway.
• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment, linking business strategy to technical execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Salesforce knowledge is highly valued.
• JIRA is a must-have skill.
