IT Support Specialist
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for providing expert technical support to employees in Brazil. This role requires a strong customer service focus, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Analyzing issues and developing effective solutions
* Troubleshooting system, application, and hardware issues
* Providing timely updates to customers on ticket progress
* Working remotely with customers to resolve problems
* Utilizing internal knowledge bases to provide and find solutions to known issues
* Conducting research and resolving issues when needed
* Updating the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
* Escalating issues to necessary parties as required
Required qualifications include:
* Associate's degree in Information Systems or equivalent program
* Proven track record of IT experience
Desired qualifications and skills include:
* Knowledge delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment
* Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments
* Experience in centrally managed computer environments
* Experience supporting A/V environments (optional)
