ServiceNow Technical Expert Role
This pivotal position will play a key part in developing and refining ServiceNow as the "IT ERP" for our IT organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Make strategic decisions regarding ServiceNow configuration and development.
* Guide and supervise external partners responsible for ServiceNow development and application management.
* Perform configuration, development, and administration tasks within ServiceNow.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project scopes.
* Evaluate platform design against best practices and avoid unnecessary customization or technical debt.
* Represent us as a subject matter expert in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
* Provide training regarding ServiceNow for End Users, Technical Staff, and Architects.
