About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our Fleet-focused Sales Development team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel to bottom-of-funnel process and overseeing pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Fleet SDR team in generating and nurturing pipeline across Sylectus and Fleet SMB product lines.
* Oversight of the full sales development process from lead capture to opportunity creation, handoff, and influence on deal closure.
* Collaborate with Marketing to execute integrated campaigns targeting SMB fleets and drive pipeline growth.
* Monitor and report on funnel metrics, ensuring SDR accountability to monthly and quarterly KPIs.
