Malta CRM Lead
This role is pivotal to the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions. As a key member of our client's team, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and expansion in a rapidly developing market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
* Collaborate with onsite teams to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalise deliverables.
* Interface effectively with team members and the Solution Architect to ensure that the CRM solution meets client needs.
* Lead the solution on a work stream, making design decisions and creating comprehensive solution documentation.
