Drive Growth in LATAM:
The Sales Lead will spearhead expansion across the region by selling high-quality nutraceutical ingredients to supplement and food industries.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Develop tailored territory plans for each country and market segment.
* Present our premium nutraceutical ingredients to clients, highlighting their benefits and applications.
* Collaborate closely with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to drive business growth.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
* Achieve and surpass quarterly/annual sales targets.
* Represent our company at regional trade shows and industry events.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in LATAM, with a strong focus on nutraceutical ingredients.
* In-depth knowledge of nutraceutical ingredients and their uses.
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is an asset.
