Customer Support Role
We are seeking a highly skilled customer support specialist to deliver exceptional service for valued clients. In this role, you will troubleshoot complex issues, manage the global support queue, and provide timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze customer-reported problems and offer effective resolutions
* Monitor the Global Support queue and process Salesforce cases in priority sequence
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide prompt assistance
* Provide customer support via email, Teams, and telephone
Technical Troubleshooting Skills:
* Use Chrome Developer Tools to analyze web applications and resolve front-end issues
* Perform API testing and validation using tools like Postman or cURL
* Conduct IIS and SSL diagnostics to investigate and resolve Windows Application Server issues
