Yourmissions :
Monitor and track the progress of R&D BIO projects in partnership with the PMO team, updating the planning together with R&D, Commercial, and GMSQ areas, as well as external partners and other stakeholders.
Apply appropriate methodologies to identify, flag, and mitigate risks, reporting any deviations in project execution to stakeholders.
Prepare executive summaries and periodic reports to present project performance to management and the board, based on established goals and milestones.
Organize project documentation and ensure that all involved areas have proper access to the information.
Ensure that R&D projects are executed in compliance with the company's policies, guidelines, processes, methodologies, and activity networks.
Your
profile :
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, or equivalent.
Postgraduate degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, or equivalent is desirable.
Experience with clinical studies.
Knowledge of analytical methodologies.
Desirable experience in product development within the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge related to innovation management processes and research & development within the global pharmaceutical and veterinary industry.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks in biopharmaceutical facilities and basic knowledge of commercial and GMP requirements in the animal health industry.
Ability to work with strategic thinking as well as within a detail-oriented structure involving all levels of management.
Ability to analyze the product development process as a whole, from the discussion of new ideas to project implementation.
Desirable experience with project management methods, techniques, and tools.
Fluent in English.
