Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized professional to take ownership of software‑level project supervision within a multidisciplinary development team. This role is key to ensuring successful product development and delivery, acting as the central point of coordination for software‑related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise software development activities within the project, ensuring alignment with defined processes, methods, and tools.
Plan, coordinate, and guide the project team or sub‑teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Monitor and report project progress and status both internally (to the team and line organization) and externally (to customers), with a focus on software development.
Deliver software versions to external customers, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements.
Act as the primary internal and external interface for software‑related matters within the Integrated Project Team (IPT).
Qualifications
Solid experience in software development and project coordination.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
Experience with automotive or embedded systems is highly valued.
Project management experience, including planning, coordination, and delivery of technical milestones, is a strong asset.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (completed or in progress).
