Job Title: User Experience Designer
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of a leading SaaS product. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design user-centered solutions for complex, data-heavy platforms.
This is a part-time role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products.
* Improve usability and visual consistency across the platform.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.
* Apply UX thinking to simplify complex interfaces.
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components.
* Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a UX Designer working on SaaS products.
* Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms.
* Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
* Advanced proficiency in Figma.
* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English.
* Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup.
Bonus Skills
* Graphic design skills to support marketing content and visual assets.
* Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups.
