Sales Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our business growth across LATAM by selling nutraceutical ingredients to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
* The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, foster senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* They will develop territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Presentation skills are crucial as the sales manager must clearly articulate the benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans of our nutraceutical ingredients to customers.
This role requires collaboration with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches. The sales manager must also monitor market trends and competitor activity. Meeting sales targets with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene is essential. Additionally, they will represent the company at regional trade shows and provide technical/product support to customers.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* A strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications is required.
* Fluency in Portuguese and strong Spanish language skills are necessary; English is an added advantage.
