Role Overview:
1. Lead project management initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term vision.
2. Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables, organized by Executive Milestone.
3. Develop in-depth knowledge of platform systems and contribute to the definition of 'To Be' system solutions and workflows.
4. Understand infrastructure needs and deployment strategies for OnPrem and Cloud Computing service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
5. Analyze data to uncover key insights and apply them to drive business decisions; quantitative and qualitative analysis.
6. Coordinate teams to achieve timely completion of large projects.
7. Manage project finances, including resource allocation and budgeting.
8. Define and provide KPIs and metrics for assigned projects.
9. Engage with stakeholders and vendors, and communicate effectively with executive management.
10. Troubleshoot complex issues or lead the troubleshooting process.
11. Ensure compliance with quality standards and expected processes.
12. Drive project-related organizational change management, including communications, training, and adoption.
13. Possess a general understanding of infrastructure requirements for deploying solutions across storage, middleware, DB, voice specifics (call/contact centers), and network (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancing, WAF).
14. Develop and implement processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
* A bachelor's degree and significant experience in Project/Program Management are essential.
* Experience managing merger and acquisition infrastructure and application integration or divestiture projects is preferred.
* Project Management Professional and/or Certified Scrum Master certifications are desired.
* Proven track record of managing requirements for multiple large, complex, and cross-functional projects, emphasizing systems, technologies, business process redesign, and technical environments.
* Ability to create detailed project plans and resource requirements.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage with C-level audiences, as well as technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to write business requirements, including user stories, use case development, and workflow documentation.
* Product and project management expertise; business acumen, including the ability to balance resources, evaluate risks, and articulate trade-off decisions.
* User-centric orientation, including the ability to understand needs and apply this knowledge to product enhancements, online user experience, and communication content (internal and external).
