The Senior Director will serve as Project Manager to internal investigations, forensic accounting, compliance, data analytics, and damages matters. This professional will manage other consultants in order to attend project needs and will oversee all work product and client deliverables under her umbrella to maintain quality.The candidate will assist our clients in various industries by applying the principles of economics, statistics, accounting, and finance to address complex issues that arise in dispute resolution in areas such as antitrust and competition, intellectual property, and commercial damages. Naturally the person would need to leverage quantitative data and qualitative research to answer questions specific to each project.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who:Learns well on the fly - while we do have training materials and sessions, most of the learning occurs on the job from your colleagues as you contribute to a project.Is technically minded - all our work requires thinking in a logical, mathematical way about processes and sets of data.Works flexibly with a variety of team members - we work on a variety of projects at the same time, each of which can be staffed differently.Is eager and excited to lead a team - a positive, open-minded attitude will ensure quality work and bodes well for long-term career development.Works hard - while we do innovate, everyone has regular assigned tasks that are part of the overall workflow and on which high quality client service depends.Enjoys solving the impossible - we often receive requests that require us to consider difficult questions and develop new processes.What You'll DoOversee daily project activities, collaborating with consultants, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients, and serving as the project lead on disputes, arbitration, and consultancy tasks.Ensure quality and consistency by reviewing deliverables from team members and subcontractors, maintaining organized and high-standard outputs.Perform financial and economic analyses, including damages estimation, financial modeling, and supporting dispute strategies for clients.Lead regional business development efforts to grow disputes and arbitration services, developing innovative and tailored client solutions.Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases; leverage data analyticsand e-Discovery tools; and create dashboards using platforms like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.Support litigation processes by adducing evidence in courts and tribunals, conducting industry research, and building strong client relationships through timely and professional service.Manage overall client engagement strategies, including leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for growth and managing channel execution across platforms such as Salesforce and the company's website.Basic QualificationsWhat You Will Need To SucceedBS or BA college degree required (Bachelor of Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance).Master's degree (Masters of Finance, MBA etc.).Minimum 7 years of post-graduate consulting experience in litigation support, arbitration, and/or investigations.Fluency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.Ability to travel 20%.Preferred QualificationsProven track record of adducing evidence in courts and/or tribunals and experience working with both local and international disputes.Good knowledge of database management and database software with proven quality and review skills.Strong proficiency with Windows and related software, especially Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and client interface skills (verbal and written).Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multi-task environment.Proven ability to conduct training in a professional environment.Experience assigning work to subcontractors, negotiating budgets, and deadlines.Total WellbeingOur goal is to support the wellbeing of you and your families-physically, emotionally, and financially.
