About this role:
Magentrix is a platform that offers two distinct solutions: Partner Management and Customer Management. The former enables you to onboard & engage partners, share leads, manage opportunities, and close deals faster. The latter provides solutions for customer operations, support, and knowledge management.
* This position involves designing, building, and implementing elegant web-based business solutions.
* Responsibilities include contributing to client projects and product initiatives as part of the Professional Services team, writing Statements of Work implementation notes, working with clients to understand their needs and technical requirements, and ensuring accurate implementation of a solution.
* The ideal candidate will participate in code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, integrate APIs and web services, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
**Requirements:**
* A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are essential for this role.
* Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, along with excellent knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, Vue.js, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS) and backend technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC design patterns), are required.
* A solid understanding of core programming concepts, such as Object-Oriented Programming, RDBMS, and Agile principles, is also necessary.
