Drive Customer Loyalty and Marketing Automation
We are seeking a hands-on Product Owner to spearhead the implementation of customer-centric initiatives in LATAM markets.
You will be the bridge between marketing teams and technical delivery groups, ensuring business needs are translated into actionable features that drive growth.
* Owning and prioritizing the product backlog for customer loyalty and marketing automation initiatives.
* Developing clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintaining documentation in collaboration platforms.
* Collaborating with global and local teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
* Supporting integration with Single Customer View (SCV) and ensuring data governance best practices.
* Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring timely, value-driven delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM.
* A strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is highly desirable.
