The ideal candidate will have more than three years of experience as a Scrum Master and a proven track record of driving teams toward excellence. A strong background in the IT industry is essential, along with expertise in Jira and Confluence tools. Excellent communication skills and fluency in Spanish are also required.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master
* More than four years of experience in the IT industry
* Master Jira and Confluence tools to drive efficiency
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluent Spanish level
* Advanced English level
