Siemens Energy is seeking for an **HRBP Lead forBrazil,** reporting to HR Head Brazil, with responsibilityfor leading and managing the HRBP team on the country. Is accountable through collaborativeleadership to create value by delivering HR solutions to meet business needsfor the country.

**Your Profile**
- Minimum 10 years of experience, desired leadership experience with people management andstakeholder management accountability.
- Proven experience to integrate withbusiness and add value to business.
- Extensive HR experience in a companywith "state-of-the-art" instruments of modern personnel management,i.e., with professional processes, agile HR IT systems and structures.
- Significant experience in conductioncomprehensive negotiations with the works councils and building trustfulrelationships.
- Profound expertise and experience inthe processing - conception and implementation - of strategic HR managementtopics with a focus on professional education, talent development, successionplanning and compensation & benefits.
- Profound expertise and experience inthe entire range of operational HR work, ideally from an environment with abusiness partner model.
- Strong communication, presentation,and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills andstakeholder management skills - both internal and external - and the ability tointeract and build lasting relationships with contacts at all levels of theorganization.
- Ability to think and workstrategically and conceptually. Demonstrates analytical skills and high resultsorientation.
- Distinctive social, interpersonal,and intercultural competence paired with the ability to motivate, lead, anddevelop employees.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Builds strong, trusted relationshipswith the country Managing Director and his/her Leadership Team, striking adelicate balance between consulting / advising and being a team member.
- Accountable for implementation of HR policies and guidelines andtheir compliance to local regulations. Also collaborates with Division´s GlobalHR Business Partners to ensure alignment between global business / peoplestrategy.
- Understands business and itsstrategy, be an active part of the decision-making process and as wellunderstands the external world and its implications on the business and peoplestrategy (industries, markets, customers, HR, people practice etc.)
- Demonstrates leadership for entireHR value chain regardless of reporting relationship.
- Leads the HRBP Team inaccordance with the HR transformation initiative.
- Owns and optimizes all facets ofindustrial and labor relations policies and practices.
- Works closely with local business todevelop a diverse, robust talent pool and succession pipeline. Also coaches andenables senior executives to be more effective leaders.
- Responsibility to comply and enforcethe protocols, policies, and guidelines of the current integral managementsystem (EHS, Quality)
