The Role of a Project Manager is to oversee the successful delivery and execution of CFE projects in a safe and high-quality manner.

Main Responsibilities

* To serve as the customer's primary point of contact for all technical queries and their interface upon project award
* To devise innovative solutions to client problems
* To collaborate closely with the team to develop 'out-of-the-box' solutions that meet clients' needs and expectations
* To ensure excellent service delivery
* To foster strong working relationships with internal service functions
* To guarantee that all scopes are delivered safely and in accordance with the JFO Integrated Management System
* To plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate the delivery of all aspects of the project, assuming responsibility for budget and margin control
* To manage work scopes to deliver customer objectives and satisfaction
* To conduct pre-mobilization briefs
* To ensure technician requirements are forecasted regularly to facilitate resource planning
* To sign-off monthly invoicing for any projects completed
* To participate in internal or external meetings to support project delivery or business development
* To liaise with workshop and office staff to prioritize workload
* To ensure client FATs, documentation, and certification meet satisfactory standards
* To sign off completed work
* To liaise with fabrication, stores, paint, and logistics departments as required
* To fulfill training requirements
* To provide updates on project status, changes in scope, and 3rd party resources
* To participate in technician pre-mobilization briefings as required
