**Job Description**
SAP Concur's Security Operations function is the cornerstone of our organization's security posture. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity and resilience of our operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating potential security risks, thereby safeguarding our business interests.
* Incident Management: You will be responsible for supporting local, regional, and global-scale incidents, prioritizing tasks, and accomplishing goals within tight deadlines.
* Security Operations: As part of our 24/7 follow-the-sun organization, you will maintain excellent collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders, establishing knowledge management activities, and developing attack remediation strategies.
* Compliance and Risk Management: You will work closely with management to develop incident handling processes, standard operating procedures, playbooks, and runbooks, as well as detection queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
For this role, we are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in information systems engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or software development. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
* SIEM Tools: Proficiency in working knowledge of SIEM tools such as Splunk, Tanium, Device42.
* Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows/AD file system, registry functions, and memory artifacts, Unix/Linux file systems and memory artifacts, Mac file systems and memory artifacts.
* Cybersecurity Automation: Knowledge of advanced persistent threat (APT) actors, their tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
* Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex issues in layman terms, demonstrate analytical expertise, close attention to detail, excellent critical thinking, logic, solution orientation, and learn and adapt quickly.
* Cultural Competence: Willingness and ability to work in a security function, collaborate across organizations, teams, and cultures, and exhibit fluent business English.
