What You Will Do
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for being the key Business Partner for Deliver Operational Team, providing accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions. The role includes financial support (forecast and actual), presenting monthly financial reports and related analyses, completing the financial planning process, creating and reviewing financial models, supporting highly complex research and analysis, performing department expense and capital budgeting, tracking, reporting, month‑end, and quarter‑close expenses and costs, reviewing monthly closing and providing reporting in a timely and accurate manner, presentations for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Performs monthly financial performance analysis and supports Deliver team to ensure financial targets are delivered on an ongoing basis and implement corrective actions if needed.
Develops and maintains financial models to support business decisions, planning and forecasting.
Analyzes financial data and presents insights to senior management for decision making.
Collaborates with cross‑functional teams inside and outside Finance.
Prepares and presents financial reports and presentations to executive leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of monthly financial reports and closing activities.
Experience in managing departmental expenses, capital and CIP budgeting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Related experience in financial analysis and planning.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial insights to senior leadership.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI; familiarity with One Stream is a plus.
Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
English and Spanish are required.
