You'll be responsible for creating high-quality opportunities for our Managing Director through proactive outbound outreach across multiple channels.
Your mission is to generate meaningful conversations with hiring leaders at mid-market companies (100–5,000 employees) across the U.S.
This high-volume, phone-led, and metrics-driven role is best suited for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and knows how to position consulting services in a competitive market.
* You will own the top of the funnel for all outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Research and segment leads using data enrichment tools
* Track activity and pipeline through CRM systems
* Partner closely with the Managing Director to ensure meeting quality and ICP alignment
* Iterate and improve outreach campaigns based on performance metrics and conversion data
We're looking for a Senior SDR with 2–5+ years of experience in a B2B consulting or staffing/recruiting environment.
Proven success generating meetings with mid-market U.S. clients is a must.
Mastery of cold calling and sales engagement tools is also required.
