Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with national brands, agencies, and regional clients.
* Develop and nurture meaningful ad agency and client relationships on behalf of the company.
* Deliver innovative, high-impact advertising solutions that drive revenue and client success.
* Provide exceptional client service, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and long-term partnerships.
* Strategically manage and grow a national account list of mid-to-large agencies and direct clients.
* Adapt to shifting client needs, market dynamics, and internal priorities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
* Demonstrate resilience in overcoming obstacles and navigating the challenges of a high-performance sales environment.
* Utilize Salesforce.com to track and manage sales activity effectively.
* Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to maximize value for both clients and Canela Media.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of digital video or CTV advertising sales experience.
* Established relationships with brands/agencies.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Deep understanding of the advertising marketplace with a focus on CTV/OTT, Digital/Online, and Television.
* Experience in selling programmatic.
* Experience in multicultural media is a plus.
* Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.
* Proven ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and stay resilient under pressure in a rapidly changing sales environment.
