This role suits a socially savvy individual who is trend-aware, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about online community building. You will develop and implement strategic outbound community engagement initiatives for our clients.What You Will Do...Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns professionally and on-brand.Create engaging content with trending videos that authentically represent the brand and audience.Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.Additional tasks may include:Identifying new social media trends.What You Will Need...A High School Diploma or equivalent.A personal PC/laptop with a webcam.Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
