Project Delivery Lead
We are seeking an experienced delivery lead to manage the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives in an agile engineering environment. This role involves working closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience managing delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination. They will also be proficient in using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through execution and completion
* Building and managing delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partnering closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitating working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Supporting prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
* Continuously improving delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
* Tracking and reporting on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus
